“I’ve worked with Tradeshow STOP for over a decade to help us with everything from logistics to booth equipment. We are a small business and the expense of exhibiting at our industry trade show is a significant part of our marketing budget; so it is important that things go smoothly. The Tradeshow STOP team makes the whole process easier and has also saved us from spending on unnecessary expenses.
The logistics involved at some of the major conventions centers can be tricky but Katie is extremely knowledgeable and takes care of all of the little details that I’m not aware of. “Our show was great and we have a record number of leads (over 2000) for SHRM. Everything was as it should be with our TSS rentals and logistics, as usual. We had two booths at this show this year and that made things a bit more of a challenge but of course Katie handled it with aplomb. Dylan had everything we needed packed up just right. Due to the latest reorganization of our company, it looks like I will no longer be involved in trade show exhibiting. I will miss the camaraderie and the fun of designing new approaches. “Honestly, the show was a huge hit for us… not because it was the first time we exhibited at this event, but Jen and I have done a lot of exhibiting over the years, and this event was very good. The booth worked out well in that we had plenty of room to move around, the graphics were very good, the lighting just right, the overhead sign worked well, and the isolated seating was perfect. We liked the tall walls with the graphics and all of our Business Development staff were impressed that Skanska looks so professional, and we all paid attention to all the details. We had great traffic and made lots of contacts. Over 21,000 attendees. A nice success for us, we couldn’t have done it without the hard work of you and your staff, our Communications folks, Marshall and of course Jen and Karen! Many, many thanks again…we appreciated the fact that you jumped on our request late in the calendar and we pulled it off!”
